Quiltmaker(s) and Credit: Made by: Margaret Smith Center, Texas October 2022 For: The Shelby Country Go Texan-- Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo I saw this quilt on the internet and feel in love. I order the pattern and selected fabrics from my stash. I choose blue and gold, the colors of the Alaska flag. The pattern is written for a 9” block. My quilt is made with a 10” block. I use the Studio 180 Wedge Star ruler for the conversion. I quilted it on my old hand guided Gammell Classic (Times like this I really wish I had a computerize machine.) It was a challenge but fun at the same time.
