Original design planned and drafted by Daucie with inspiration from the pinwheel and flying geese patterns. Hand guided machine quitting with butterfly designs embedded within quilting stich pattern. Youth selected all elements of the quilt to represent her love for butterflies and to show case her developing quilting skills. Dauice has grown as a quilter under the guidance from three generations within her family.
