Product of a Coastal Prairie Quilt Guild of Texas Workshop taught by Joe Cunningham. The pattern is called Rock the 4-Patch. Mr. Cunningham uses bias tape as an additional design element in his Quilts. Thus, his quilt designs and my fascination of the 610 Loop inspired me to use bias tape to create the Map of Houston.
